Private CFO Services

Co-founded a new venture with an innovative, state-of-the-art wealth management concept, My Private CFO®. This concept ranked #10 in Accenture’s Innovation Awards for Financial Services 2012 (out of 190 participants, the report is available for download here). Responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, approved by Dutch regulators as statutory board member. Successfully developed an integrated supporting ICT platform with client portal in a very short time frame. Licensed intellectual property to a private bank. NIBC Direct

Managed several major projects to enhance the online retail savings platform in the Netherlands and Belgium, including SEPA and other regulatory compliance and technical infrastructure enhancements.

NIBC Bank

Developed NIBC’s corporate banking systems roadmap. Managed the first project of this roadmap: upgrading the corporate banking loans and equity administration system, introducing a new, more flexible setup, a new reporting and interfacing system and outsourcing of hosting and technical management. The project was started, business requirements defined, the outsourcing agreement negotiated and regulatory approval for outsourcing obtained. Also managed the start-up of the second project: introducing an integrated credit lifecycle solution, supporting the origination, execution and portfolio management phases of the entire credit process – a process typically characterised by multiple handovers using an array of documents. The application connects to the CRM system on the front end and the loans administration system on the back end and introduces workflow support, while replacing several legacy applications. High level business requirements were defined and a vendor selected.
